Inquiry & Custom Requirement Understanding
The buyer submits inquiry details specifying required product (Fresh Fruit, Vegetables, Spices, Dehydrated/Fried Onion), volume, target destination port, box branding specs, and target arrival window.
Quotation, Incoterms & Sample Approval
We provide a comprehensive Proforma Invoice detailing FOB (Nhava Sheva / JNPT Mumbai) or CIF price, payment terms, loading schedules, and dispatch physical samples or high-res inspection videos for buyer approval.
Direct Farm Sourcing & Multi-Point Quality Inspection
Upon contract confirmation, our procurement teams harvest fresh crop from certified farm clusters in Nashik, Sangli, or Saurashtra. Produce undergoes rigorous sizing, Brix checking, and sorting at our Kopar Khairane facility.
Export Packaging & Complete Documentation
Cargo is packaged in export-grade ventilated corrugated boxes, mesh bags, or vacuum sealed B2B packs. Documentation team issues Phytosanitary Clean certificates, Certificate of Origin (COO), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
Reefer Container Stuffing & Port Loading
Cargo is stuffed into temperature-controlled 20ft or 40ft Reefer containers under pre-cooled conditions. Containers are sealed under customs supervision and dispatched to JNPT / Nhava Sheva Port, Mumbai.
Ocean Transit Tracking & Destination Release
Shipping Line Bill of Lading (B/L) and live tracking details are transferred to the buyer. Documents dispatched via express courier / telex release for smooth customs clearance at the destination port.
Supported Trade Incoterms
- FOB (Free On Board): Cargo delivered & customs cleared on board ocean vessel at Nhava Sheva (JNPT) / Mumbai Port.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Complete price including marine freight insurance & ocean transport to destination port.
- CFR (Cost & Freight): Includes freight to target destination port without buyer marine insurance.
Payment Methods
- TT (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% Deposit upon Proforma Invoice, 70% against B/L scan.
- Irrevocable LC (Letter of Credit): 100% LC at Sight issued by a First-Class International Bank.
